He earned his bachelor\u2019s degree in Psychology with a minor in Addictions Studies from Indiana Wesleyan University.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining the P2 Lab, Jeremy gained research experience investigating addiction recovery and relapse prevention, using Ecological Momentary Assessment and Intervention. He also contributed to the automation of the SNAP-2 personality assessment. This is Jeremy\u2019s first semester in the P2 Lab, where he is contributing to projects examining cultural fairness in psychological assessment. His primary research interests center on addiction and anxiety disorders within marginalized communities. She earned her Honours B.Sc. in Mental Health Studies from the University of Toronto in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Cheyenne joined the P2 Lab in 2024 and currently serves as Project Manager. Her research focuses on psychological and personality assessment, with an emphasis on culturally diverse populations. She is particularly interested in examining whether psychopathology and personality pathology manifest similarly across cultural groups. Her long-term goal is to apply advanced quantitative methods to improve psychological theory and clinical practice. During her first two years in the program, she served as the lab manager for Dr. Diaz\u2019s PACE Lab and as a graduate assistant in the Communication and Experimental Pragmatics Lab with Dr. Holtgraves.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Ana Julia works as a graduate assistant with International Student Success, where she promotes cultural programming and helps foster a supportive community among students from diverse backgrounds. This is her first semester in the P2 Lab, where she contributes to data collection and supervises undergraduate research assistants. Her research experience spans topics such as dysfunctional sleep beliefs, microaggressions, and parenting practices.<\/p>\n<p>She hopes to continue developing her research skills and deepen her understanding of cultural influences on psychological assessment. This is her first year as a member of the P2 Lab. She has prior research experience through coursework and is eager to continue expanding her knowledge of psychological research. After completing her undergraduate degree, Roniya plans to pursue a master\u2019s degree at Ball State and later a PhD in neuropsychology. Her career goal is to become a neuropsychologist working with adolescents. She is in her second semester as a member of the P2 Lab. Aubree is interested in pursuing graduate training in Counseling Psychology or Art Therapy, with the goal of integrating both approaches to provide diverse and holistic care. She is passionate about supporting individuals in reaching their full potential and fostering resilience in future generations. She is in her second year as a member of the P2 Lab. Grace\u2019s research interests center on psychological assessment and supporting the needs of children and adolescents. She also has experience working with youth on the autism spectrum through her involvement in summer programming. This is his second year as a member of the P2 Lab. His academic and research interests focus on school psychology and the fair assessment of diverse populations. After graduation, Landon plans to pursue either an Educational Specialist degree or a doctorate in School Psychology, with the goal of supporting youth mental health and helping students achieve their goals. Michael plans to pursue graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is interested in combining his counseling focus with insights gained from research.
