Dr. Zahran was awarded a National Science Foundation grant to acquire a Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FE-SEM). This state-of-the-art electron microscope will enable faculty and students to conduct interdisciplinary, cutting-edge research in nanoscience and nanotechnology.
