On June 8, 2021, Kwabena presented our research on two more synthetically accessible “4-in-1” open chain analogues of ipomoeassin F to the Medicinal Chemistry division at the 2021 ACS GLRM meeting (American Chemical Society Great Lake regional meeting, virtual). Nathan is currently a senior undergraduate student majoring in Chemistry at Ball State. After conducting some research in biological sciences, he now also wants to get some hands-on experience in organic synthesis and medicinal chemistry.
