The P2 Lab is accepting applications for undergraduate research assistants (RAs) for the coming semester. Undergraduate RAs have the opportunity to learn more about the research process, as well as expand their knowledge of personality, psychopathology, and psychological assessment. RA responsibilities include:

• Administering data collection sessions
• Assisting Dr. Lee and the lab’s graduate students with lab management
• Attending weekly lab meetings, including reading assigned articles and participating in discussions
• Completing optional independent or collaborative research projects

The P2 Lab is always seeking RAs who:

• Are conscientious, responsible, and motivated
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• Have a GPA of at least 3.0
• Have completed Introductory Psychology and Statistics courses
• Have completed, or are in the process of completing, a Research Methods course
• Can commit to at least 7 hours of lab work per week for two semesters
