Cognitive and Motivational Processes in Comorbid Alcohol Use and Depressive Disorders

The aim of this study is to examine whether personality traits and cognitive abilities influence people’s experience of depression and alcohol misuse. This is important because past research suggests about one out of four people with depression will also experience problems with alcohol. Having a better understanding of why that might happen could help us create better ways of preventing and treating these difficulties.

If you are between the ages of 18 and 40, you could earn up to $50 for participating in this paid research study.
